Led by Pastor Bobby Schuller, millions of people around the world tune in each week for inspiring music and interviews and unique and original messages that encourage each viewer to live a life filled with hope as they:

  • LEARN more about who they are in Christ through the process of FORMATION.
  • BELONG to his family of believers and become a part of the COMMUNITY.
  • HEAL as they are loved and then love and help heal others through MISSION.

Under the leadership of Pastor Bobby, the Shepherd’s Grove congregation meets in Garden Grove, CA, where they join viewers around the world each week through the newly designed Hour of Power. The Hour of Power began televising In 1970 from the Garden Grove Community Church. on the advice of Rev. Billy Graham to Bobby’s grandfather, Rev. Robert H. Schuller.

“I want the Hour of Power to capture the minds of non-religious people,” says Bobby. “It is now being shot in a new style, with gripping content, and an eye toward growth of individuals in their understanding of, and relationship with, Christ. The goal of our program is to provide spiritual principles and practices that can help people live a life of meaning.”


Our Hour of Power Pastor Bobby Schuller graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2003 and received a Masters of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2008.

Beyond his responsibilities with the “Hour of Power,” he serves as a pastor for the Tree of Life community in Orange, CA, and as President of the St. Patrick Project, a social services outreach in Orange County, CA. He has also been featured on TV shows including Canada’s “100 Huntley Street” and The Learning Channel’s “The Messengers.”

The grandson of Dr. Robert H. Schuller and son of Rev. Robert A. Schuller, Bobby continues their tradition as a pastor on the “Hour of Power,” America’s television church to the world, broadcast weekly since 1970 from Southern California. Bobby currently resides in Orange, CA, with his wife Hannah and their two children, Haven and Cohen.
